Meet us at RAFTS on Tuesdays for an evening of Mindful Meditation!

Tuesday Nights we will use breathing and guided meditation to foster mindfulness. Through meditation, we can achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calming state to grow, stay motivated and stay healthy.
