We are focusing on mental and physical wellness for ALL recovery members, including anyone in recovery and/or friends and family of those in recovery. Join us for yoga and sound healing to get out of the house, make some friends in a positive environment, and create some healthy habits this year!
YOGA every Wednesday, except for the last Wednesday of the month which will be SOUND HEALING
