Join Us for Weekly Yoga At Our Ocean County Recovery Center! (253 Chestnut Street Street Toms River, NJ 08736)
Find balance and center yourself. Build a healthy routine with Yoga, a gentle form of stretching and deep breathing. Open to all levels of experience. Don’t forget- move a muscle, change a thought!
