Join us for weekly meditations in Monmouth County!
Meet us Wednesday nights from 6:30pm – 7:30pm. We will use breathing and guided meditations to foster mindfulness. Through meditation, we can achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calming state to grow, stay motivated and stay healthy.
