HOPE Sheds Light Recovery Center

The HOPE Sheds Light Recovery Centers serve as local hubs in Monmouth and Ocean counties for recovery support services offering a monthly calendar of workshops, support groups, and wellness activities designed for the whole family.

Monmouth County Recovery Programs

Finding HOPE: All Recovery Support Meeting – Manasquan

This peer-led support group meeting is open to all individuals and families impacted by substance use disorder. The discussion is facilitated by individuals and family members who have shared lived experiences and a strong recovery base. The group provides opportunities for connections and to draw strength and hope from each other.

Finding HOPE in Manasquan meets every Saturday from 10:00 AM – 11:00 at our Monmouth County Recovery Center (2510 Apache Road, Manasquan NJ 08736)

Finding Our Way Group – Monmouth

Join us in partnership with the NJ Reentry Program for support and resources to help those recently released from Jail, Prison, or involved in Recovery Court, ISP, Parole, or Probation reintegrate into the community!

Join Us for Weekly Yoga At Our Monmouth County Recovery Center!

Every Tuesday From 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM
Find balance and center yourself. Build a healthy routine with Yoga, a gentle form of stretching and deep breathing. Open to all levels of experience. Mats Will Be Provided. No Cost To Participate.

Narcotics Anonymous Meeting – Oakhurst

The Narcotics Anonymous meeting is a rotating format meeting held at 615 W Park Ave Oakhurst, NJ 07755 (Ocean Township Rec Center.) See Calendar for meeting times.

Narcotics Anonymous is a nonprofit fellowship or society of men and women for whom drugs had become a major problem.

Narcotics Anonymous uses a 12-step model developed for people with varied substance use disorders.
